I am a Washington, D.C.-based policy analyst, writer, and researcher dedicated to tackling the pressing issues of our times. I earned my Masters of Public Affairs (MPA) from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University.

My professional interests are in economic development, technology policy, public education, and public-private partnerships. Avocationally, I am a television ratings geek, dog lover, runner, and home brewer.

Over the years, I have dabbled in Web design. Some of the projects I have worked on are featured in the gallery. I also co-founded the Collegiate Society Foundation, a non-profit organization that fosters non-partisan debate of ideas and the engagement of college students in the democratic process.

A Bit About This Site:

Zackcr.com has been around for a while now. The site originally launched on March 31, 2007. Since then, it has been through a few iterations. The TrivaToday section of the site ran from day one through 2009.

The "quasi-blog" section launched on April 7, 2007 with rudimentary capabilities. On January 28, 2008, I re-tooled the "quasi-blog" and launched it using the WordPress platform. The most recent version was implemented in late 2009.
